Studies continue to show that students who participate in after-school activities have higher self-esteem, improved social competence and higher aspirations; compared with students who do not and unfortunately, those youth who have activitiy limitations or intellectual disabilities -  often have less access to after-school and recreational programs; even when they are attending the same schools and the same classes, as their neighbors. We seek to improve that; our goal is equal access for all! 

 

After-School Program hours are typically from 3:00pm - 7:00pm. If the schools have a earlier dismissal time, hours and rates are adjusted accordingly. Individualized supports will begin after the after-school program; based on the student's Individualized Support Plan, at a rate of $17.00 per hour.  

 

A late pick up fee is charged if students are not picked up by the scheduled pick up time and the late fee must be paid in cash before next scheduled day of service.

Program Fees

 

Costs to parents is a minimal fee of $10.00 per hour. We do not provide drop-in services. Parents pay in advance a prorated amount.  Early release days are included in program schedule.

 

Imperial Companions charge a $15.00 registration fee for each family. The registration fee is paid on or before the 9th day of August 2013 and again for any re-entry throughout the school year. Program fees (including registration) may be paid here by credit card. 

 

Imperial Companions After-School program is $200.00 per week based on a typical 4 hour 5 day program and/or $10.00 per hour.  Parents are required to outline students schedule (hours) per month and fees are paid in advance for services and are due on the given due dates below. Students will be withdrawn from the program for overdue late pick up fee, bounced checks and any unpaid agreed upon quoted payment arrangement.
